Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to start a return:

  1. Email us at denise@wanderandwakestore.com with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]"
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return
  3. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with approval and a prepaid return shipping label
  4. Pack your item securely and ship it to: 1727 Convict Camp Rd Lot 41, Guntersville, AL 35976

We cover return shipping costs — a prepaid label will be provided once your return is approved. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in original condition with tags and packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase.

Refunds We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at denise@wanderandwakestore.com.
